Cette technique travaille sur le corps pour apaiser la souffrance psychique et lib\u00e9rer les \u00e9motions. Elle s\u2019appuie sur diff\u00e9rentes techniques de verbalisation, de relaxation, et de lib\u00e9ration des \u00e9motions,\n                      toujours avec un contact physique. Elle combine la th\u00e9rapie traditionnelle par la parole avec des exercices corps-esprit pour un large \u00e9ventail de troubles de sant\u00e9\n                      psychologiques, de sympt\u00f4mes de traumatisme et d\u2019autres sympt\u00f4mes physiques et psychosomatiques.<\/p>\n                    \n\n                    \n                    <p>Comment cela fonctionne ?<\/p>\n                    \n\n                    \n                    <p>Cette technique part du principe que l\u2019esprit et le corps sont li\u00e9s et que les probl\u00e8mes de l\u2019un peuvent se r\u00e9percuter sur l\u2019autre.<\/p>\n                    \n\n                    \n                    <p>L\u2019objectif de cette technique est d\u2019exploiter le lien entre l\u2019esprit et le corps, notamment en travaillant avec le syst\u00e8me nerveux et les sensations physiques de votre corps pour lib\u00e9rer tout stress, traumatisme, \u00e9motion n\u00e9gative ou\n                      tension qui pourrait avoir un impact sur votre bien-\u00eatre physique ou \u00e9motionnel.<\/p>\n                    \n\n                    \n                    <p><strong><em><u>Concepts cl\u00e9s :<\/u><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n                    \n\n                    \n                    <p>Des exercices sp\u00e9cifiques corps-esprit sont utilis\u00e9s dans l\u2019approche somatique.<\/p>\n                    \n\n                    \n                    <p>En voici quelques exemples :<\/p>\n                    \n\n                    \n                    <p>Conscience corporelle et exercices d\u2019ancrage<\/p>\n                    \n\n                    \n                    <p>La prise de conscience du corps consiste \u00e0 trouver les zones de votre corps qui sont tendues ou bloqu\u00e9es et \u00e0 les amener \u00e0 votre conscience afin de pouvoir travailler \u00e0 la lib\u00e9ration de la tension<\/p>\n                    \n\n                    \n                    <p>Les exercices d\u2019ancrage sont des outils destin\u00e9s \u00e0 vous ramener \u00e0 votre corps et \u00e0 un sentiment de calme lorsque vous vous sentez d\u00e9pass\u00e9 ou que vous \u00e9prouvez de fortes \u00e9motions n\u00e9gatives. Ils agissent comme des fusibles en vous permettant\n                      de revenir \u00e0 un \u00e9tat de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 \u00e9motionnelle et de calme lorsque les \u00e9motions et ressentis sont trop intenses. Il y aura \u00e9galement tout un travail de recherche des moyens de se sentir plus en s\u00e9curit\u00e9, en utilisant des ressources\n                      internes ou externes. Il peut s\u2019agir d\u2019une personne, d\u2019un animal, d\u2019un objet, d\u2019un lieu ou d\u2019une activit\u00e9.<\/p>\n                    \n\n                    \n                    <p>Communiquer avec ses \u00e9motions et les diff\u00e9rentes parties de soi \u00e0 l\u2019origine de vos probl\u00e9matiques permet de les apaiser et de trouver des solutions:&nbsp;&nbsp; Tout en vous concentrant sur les ressentis corporels, le praticien vous\n                      guide par sa voix \u00e0 entrer en communication avec votre inconscient et&nbsp; vous am\u00e8ne \u00e0 laisser venir et \u00e9couter les sensations et \u00e9motions qui viennent afin d\u2019entendre leur message;&nbsp; il vous sera ensuite demand\u00e9 de r\u00e9p\u00e9ter\n                      certaines phrases afin d\u2019ajuster et r\u00e9guler l\u2019intensit\u00e9 des \u00e9motions ressenties et en m\u00eame temps de permettre&nbsp; leur lib\u00e9ration, ce qui aide \u00e0 la r\u00e9solution des traumas et de divers probl\u00e8mes.
